After a long and decorated career at the Director level for some of the nations most prestigious hospitals Nancy has taken the leadership role for Terra Bella. She has successfully and jointly created, implemented and managed large groups of professionals for high level organizations. She maintains a passion for getting things done right and focuses on keeping our organization running effectively and efficiently. Nancy has been involved in the construction and landscaping industries since she was in her 20’s Her professional and personal background has had her involved in a wide range of construction from building custom homes to working with large teams to help construct complex surgery centers.

Nancy’s creative interest away from the job include cooking, spending time with her 4 grandchildren, theatre and creative cuisine. Nancy is also an avid yogi and has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She is passionate about helping other people achieve their goals and always strives to create the absolute best outcomes both on and off the job.

Keith P. Anderson ASLASr. Landscape Architect

Keith’s designs are a synthesis of a lifetime of work in the Construction, Design and Landscape Architecture fields. Keith is tireless in his attention to detail, creating outdoor spaces that inspire, connect and transcend ‘living’ into the outdoor world. His philosophy is simple, “Create a marriage between the outdoors and the home where both can be one singular entity”. This philosophy is evident in all of the projects that Keith works on despite their scale or complexity.

From a very young age Keith worked with his family in the construction industry in greater New York. It was here that he learned the intimate details of the building process, the nuts and bolts of construction. This literal hands on approach is a process that he says ,”has still humbled me to this day”

He continued his architectural endeavors and earned an accredited Landscape Architecture degree from Clemson University in 1995. After leaving South Carolina, Keith traveled throughout the United States, working for prestigious landscape architecture firms in Texas, Colorado and Florida. Ultimately, he founded and developed Terra Bella and from the ground up turned it into an Award Winning Landscape Architecture company. His efforts have earned the firm several prestigious industry awards for landscape design excellence and a body of work that has been featured in several issues of Luxe magazine and on HGTV Online.

Keith has also been featured routinely as a guest Landscape Design expert for both local and national television programs. His devotion is to create unique, sophisticated and sustainable environments, while seamlessly integrating the visions, desires and personalities of his clients into the finished product.
