"We worked with Keith and his team to rebuild our back yard living space. He did a phenomenal job from concept to execution. Juan, the site manager for our job, was professional and extremely knowledgeable (his attention to detail was impressive). The whole crew was a pleasure to work with.Just a couple details - when the crew was on site they were there early and at the end of the day they left the site clean and organized (important to us since we have kids and a dog). The workers on site always said hello and were professional. The project followed the planned timeline and was delivered right on schedule.Our job involved demolishing a medium sized deck and concrete patio to re-grade the yard installing a two tier concrete/pavestone patio. We also added a sliding door and rebuilt a 25’ retaining wall. We also added a 15’ curved seating wall. We incorporated pavestone, solid stone caps on the walls/stairs, poured concrete and stucco in our materials mix. Keith did a full architectural drawing at conception (with a couple options) and really executed on the vision.”

“Keith and team built us a beautiful patio and pergola in the summer of 2019 and we use it nearly every day now. Our yard is not that large, as it is an old home on a standard Denver lot; however, Keith created a beautiful design and even with our project being average in size for him, he always made us feel important. The end product was exactly what we asked for and needed, and then some, with much more seating than we thought we could get and a fireplace that is the hit of the neighborhood families for evening s'mores. I always think the most important question to ask is if I would use a contractor again and recommend them to my close friends. The answer is a resounding "yes" and we are already thinking of what else we could have Keith and team do in our yard.”
